Atlas Professionals are looking for an experienced Logistics Contracts & Planning Administrator for one of our clients in Den Helder Area. In this role, you assist with logistics operations and liaise with Installation Supervisor (IS) and Material Coordinators (MATCO), you act as the contract holder for logistics related offshore and supply base service contracts, e.g. onshore catering, cleaning, security and supply base personnel. You take care of the administrative tasks for managerial logistics and supply base superintendent, as well as initiate follow ups of travel assignments for delays of passengers (hotels, meals, taxis). In this environment, you perform activities in accordance with the Mining Regulations, and Company rules (Procedures, Job-instructions, HSE, etc.) and operate in a dynamic environment where ad-hoc requirements require a flexible and service minded approach always aimed at optimsing the performance of logistic section.

Job description

  • Liaises with The Southern North Sea Pool (SNS Pool), Offshore Installation manager (OIM), Installation Supervisor (IS), Sat team leader, Matco offshore and onshore where required for vessel planning.
  • Checks and corrects the data input into Vantage.
  • Attends the Monthly safety meeting in the warehouse and issues the Marine Operational manual (MOM) in Stre@m.
  • Keep schedules of personnel, meeting rooms, visitors, and company car.
  • All secretarial matters on behalf of all logistics personnel.
  • Issues Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders for logistics, supply base and FOD related services materials and tools.
  • Verification of invoices and administration of logistics contracts in SAP and BAS-ware.
  • Attending Field Operations Departmental (FOD) weekly planning meeting to discuss operational problems, and solutions to optimise the logistics capacity required.

Job requirements

  • Minimal 3 years of experience with logistics, knowledge of production, maintenance activities.
  • Good knowledge of Office programs, SAP, Vantage and Stre@m, BasWare.
  • Good knowledge of English both verbal and written.
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Education MBO level
