Job description
Atlas requires multiple Offshore Client Representatives to work as part of the Client's supervisory team for an upcoming cable installation project in the US. Candidates should be well versed in all aspects of cable installation operations including mattress lay, pre lay and post lay activities, including trenching works, boulder clearance and ROV works. Applicants should have excellent leadership skills, pay close attention to QHSE issues and be technically competent to oversee various subcontractor scopes of work.Job requirements
Duties will include:1. Act as an ambassador for the client working alongside the project team to promote safety and quality.
2. Be familiarized with & take ownership of all relevant H.S.E. (inc. Emergency Response Plans, Safety Management Systems) governing the works.
3. Manage the communication on behalf of the client between the vessel, subcontractors and the back office / Site.
4. Ensure that Work Instructions, RAMS are correct and followed.
5. Ensure a continued focus on the integrity of the client's assets, feeding back any concerns to the Project Manager and Site.
6. Ensure incidents and observations are recorded in the client’s tracking system.
7. Monitor the timely completion of actions by way of DPRs and take part in the weekly call to review progress
8. Take part in team briefs and toolbox talks
