About the role:
We are a team of experienced recruitment professionals who continually exceed expectations for excellence of service and professionalism in all we do. Due to growth in our business, we are currently looking to engage an experienced Recruitment Consultant or an HR or Admin professional with proven recruitment experience.
As part of the onshore recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process.
- Receive job orders, write adverts and post to online job boards
- Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
- Write candidate reports
- Conduct and record reference checks
- Draft employment agreements
- Manage employees once placed on assignment
- Maintain data entry and compliance duties
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates & clients
- Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across the business
This is a full time (i.e. 40 hours per week), fixed term role (6 months*) with an immediate start.
*NOTE: This vacancy has previously been advertised as 12 months however the tenure has now been reduced due to changing needs.

Skills & Experience:
- A friendly disposition and willingness to assist others through a strong sense of customer service (internal & external)
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to administration and data management
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with our client and candidates
- Collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Experience in recruitment or HR sectors is beneficial
- Outstanding Communication (verbal and written)
