Job description

We are looking for a Cost Controller or a good Project Administrator with relevant accounting experience to assist our New Plymouth central based client. This is a full time, fixed term role starting end of January/ early February.

About the role:
- Full-time hours; fixed term role
- Assist with the delivery of budgets
- Provide project cost control including administration, monitoring and analysis for projects
- Provide budgeting, cost allocation, forecasting, tracking and reporting function
About you:
- Experience in Project Administration or Finance including cost control
- Business Admin or Commerce qualification is an advantage
- Experience managing costs, budgets and schedules, and an understanding of risk management
- Comprehensive MS Excel skills
- Managing priorities and finishing tasks within deadlines is your thing
- A desire to 'get it right' and demonstrated initiative
- An analytical mind that loves numbers and enjoys solving a good problem
