New Zealand Atlas crew recognised for outstanding safety performance.
Relocation of client OMV’s Maari assets from Paritutu stores to Urban Aspects yard was safely completed mid-July. The project was completed 4 days earlier than planned, due primarily to the highly competent and safety-focused Atlas personnel involved. Detailed planning of the task ensured all safety aspects were identified with any necessary controls implemented and understood by all personnel.
A few key numbers from the relocation project: 65 vehicle loads undertaken over 9 days (a number of loads exceeded 5-6 metres in width) – involving a total combined weight of approximately 1,500 tonnes! Our company mission and values were clearly demonstrated by our crew which was greatly appreciated and recognised by OMV.
